I've written and edited for a variety of sources, from Thailand's The Nation newspaper, to Australia's Women's Health, to America's Instore magazine. Working for magazines such as Super Food Ideas, The Great Australian Restaurant Guide and Weight Watchers fuelled my passion for food, cookery and nutrition, while having my son (now aged three) has inspired a renewed interest in parenting issues, which first emerged while I was chief sub on Studio Bambini magazine. My keen awareness of social, environmental and consumer issues flourished while working with the Australian Consumer Association on their magazine, CHOICE.
